Rodney arrived on time, was well dressed and was super pleasant and very professional. He had my problem solved in a couple of minutes and changed the necessary plug and switch. Definitely will use this company again!!!

I am currently renovating my new house and noticed many of the lights weren’t working. Nathan at 4star came out a week ago and had everything working again, including things I didn’t think about (doorbell etc.). Nathan was thorough and went over everything with me. He worked with my budget and provided quotes on my future projects. I am so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail that 4star provides. I booked again to have them come in and install smoke/Carbon-monoxide detectors in October. Thanks for answering all of my questions Nathan!

I needed to have a 240V outlet installed in my garage. It would involve pulling a line from my basement service panel.
I had received 3 estimates for this job. 4-Star was not the cheapest but was also not too far off the other estimates. I chose 4-Star because they were extremely professional, and personable. All of their employees (from their office staff to their field techs) seem very well trained and easy to work with. Communications with everyone was also timely and very good.
Thomas came to give me the initial estimate. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ultimately, when I gave the OK to do the job, Trevor and Andres came to the house. They were personable, did not seemed rushed and yet were very efficient. They demonstrated superb professionalism and I got the feeling that they liked their work as well as enjoyed working for the company. They were happy to answer all of my questions. In the end, I felt like they did a high quality job and the material used was top-grade!response / report this review -

Excellent service. I was having a fireplace fan installed, but part of their service is to assess the overall electrical services to the home. After the review, I found out that my hardwired smoke detectors were no longer working and that there were significant code violations related to the breaker box (wrong breakers for the box, loose breakers and illegal connections that were done when the basement was finished, etc.). Had there been a fire, I would not have been covered by insurance. Well worth the upgrades required to make sure the electrical system met all standards. Their technician Scott was fantastic and went over everything beforehand.

Rodney came and fixed an interesting problem in my home. He was extremely polite and courteous and took the time to make sure I understood what the issue was and how he resolved it. I appreciated all the information and his quick service!

On time friendly service. While conducting work requested to do Luke went the extra mile and made sure rest of my panel was good and up to code. Also asked if I had working smoke and co detectors in my house. Going above and beyond if you ask me. Thanks Luke.

4 Star Electric sent amazing technicians to tackle a difficult job. Thomas and Quentin were very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable and were able to complete the tedious task of running data cables to the top floor of my townhouse with no aligned inside walls. Thomas and Quentin enjoyed the challenge and were dedicated to completing the work as quoted - they actually lost money on this job. Fantastic service, quality, and a boatload of fun - highly recommend 4 Star Electric for any residential needs.

Mike and his 2 colleagues were very courteous and professional while completing our residential service request. Mike appeared very knowledgeable of the city code requirements and had a practical approach for finding solution. I am very happy with the service and would strongly recommend 4 Star Electric for residential services.

Amazing Service!!! Being in the service business also (Home Service Pro), I can appreciate everything that goes into providing a good service. Four Star Electric delivered on all aspects from booking the appointment, showing up on time, good communication, and an exceptional technician (Rodney). I'll be using 4 Star Electric again in the future.

This morning, our smoke detector went off, and I was unable to fix it. I did not hesitate to phone 4-Star Electric, as they were the company we hired 2 or so years ago to install a new furnace, air conditioning unit, and smoke detectors. Within 25 minutes of placing a phone call to them, a gentleman, named Tom was at our door. He was very polite, professional, informative, friendly, neat, well prepared, and had manners. He put our minds at ease and explained everything, exactly in detail, what he was doing and why. He replaced one of the smoke detectors and left absolutely no mess. Our smoke detector was covered under a warranty, which we did not know. Tom informed us of this and explained how he knew this information, before he arrived. Talk about being proactive and prepared!!
The price was more than fair, for the professionalism that gave us, peace of mind. After the work was completed and payment made, Tom left us his business card, and advised us to call again, anytime, if we needed to, regardless of time. It is because of awesome, individuals, like Tom, that make 4-Star Electric the very best Electric Company that they are. With out people like Tom, I doubt 4-Star Electric would be as successful as they are. I have, and will continue to recommend 4-Star Electric to anyone. For people who choose to go with any other company, are not informed and have not relied on this company, more than once, as we have done.response / report this review -

Spoke with Whitney(I believe was the name) when i first called in and she was very helpful and diligent in being able to get me an appointment that fit my tight timeline. I had Luke L and another gentleman (forgot his name) come to my house to do the work. They arrived right when Whitney said they would, were very professional and friendly right from the start. The work wasn't difficult but they were still able to offer multiple solutions that made everything much cleaner and better looking than what i wanted in the first place. Keep up the great work, this was an excellent experience!
