I ordered their re-manufactured ink and the quality was terrible. I started the process of trying to get a refund but was getting a total run around. I'll just use a different company in the future.

I've been buying inkjet cartridges from this company for a long, long time. Every time they've been perfect and last SO long. I have an HP Photosmart All-in-One printer and always buy the colour and black XP (large) at the same time - they usually have a special for this. Why should I pay much more than double for HP products? They made my great computer obsolete and I had to spend big bucks on a new one - I still like a desktop. Delivery is so fast and I always order on-line. The one time I had to call them, the customer service was fabulous.

I buy Canon multifunction laser printers because one unit does everything: copy, fax, scan, and print. And I buy compatible toner cartridges from 123InkCartridges for a fraction (1/3) of the brand-name ones and they work well. Same thing with my ink jet printer. Great store!
