Would be a great store but for an incredibly rude manager, has no idea what customer service is, and don't bother trying to pay by card, unless you have half a day to waste - this is for a visit over a year ago, I was so offended by the manager I will never go in the store again

Do not answer phone, call and call and call, answering machine, maybe because its 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon and they want to finish early, I want to buy an $800.00 mattress and no one answers, time to find another store that answers it phone.
