They are mostly on time, they are not as spend as Mayan air. There facilities are Clean and well organized.

First time on Tropic Air was a positive one. We flew return to Placencia. Flights were on time and boarding was quick. Staff are professional and friendly. I'm not a huge fan of flying in small aircrafts but the views are amazing.

Tropic air flights are always clean, smooth and on time. It's their EMPLOYEES that are their greatest asset. Friendly, helpful, kind. The employees are the reason i don't shop other services.

The staff were very friendly and helped me get on an earlier flight with no hassle or additional cost. They didn't damage or lose my bags. The take off and landing were so smooth and I was surprised considering how small the plane was. My only issue was the size of the plane. We were packed in there but everyone had a seat. It was just small. Anyone not liking small spaces may take issue although there were two seats to accommodate.
