Probably the best value in Hopkins. Food was delicious, friendly staff. Would have give 6 stars for the free drum concert.

What a great Belizean experience. The food was outstanding. We enjoyed lime juice along with the fish and chips and the beef/cheese burger. Both were very tasty. Our waitress Stacy was very engaging and prompt with our service. Shereen is excellent in the kitchen and a great hostess along with Golden. You will be blessed by the food and any interaction you have with Shereen, Golden and their staff.

Remarkably delicious food and fantastic service! My husband and I, along with another couple, spent ten nights in Hopkins, which has an abundance of good restaurants despite the town's small size. We passed by Sher's Diner many times during our stay- it was cute and colorful but it lacked online or local reviews. We later realized the reason being was that the restaurant was brand new and that we were remiss for not previously giving it further consideration. Our group spent two days touring Belize with Shereene's husband Golden, of D Golden tours, and knew we had to try the place after learning that it was his wife's restaurant. Golden is dedicated to excellence and oozes with happiness and joy when speaking of his family. We could not help but think that Sher's diner would exude that same excellent quality of service and joyful ambiance. We chose to dine at Sher's for our final dinner in Hopkins and it did not disappoint! Our group ate as much seafood as possible while in Hopkins but three out of four of us ordered burgers after hearing how delicious they were. Served on fresh buns homemade by Shereene herself, they were incredible! I chose the coconut shrimp (which is shrimp in a coconut milk broth, not breaded as typically prepared in the U.S.) and it was also fantastic. Both selections were so outstanding that I took a bite of mine, then a bite of my husband's, a bite of mine, a bite of my husband's. A man of many talents, Golden just happen to be our server that night, as he kindly filled in for his wife so she could enjoy time with family who were visiting for the Christmas holiday. Great people- great food. You do not want to miss Sher's Diner!

I had the fish sandwich which was absolutely delicious. The bun was one of the best I have had. It must have been homemade! The fish is so good in Hopkins that I hate any breading on it. Sher must think like I do. I am coming here every week from now on.
