  We have shipped carts across USA for this dealership and upon asking AHMED for our payments he keeps making excuses that he will pay later and stopped responding to our calls and did not get back to us Later they called us to remove the negative review saying that they will pay the amount but still they did not pay our money and wasted our whole week just stalling us we are now reposting this review

  We rented through Rio Golf Cart Rentals and we’re thrilled with the service we received! Super responsive, great customer service and great price. Would recommend them to everyone and hopefully we get to go back and rent from them again.

  We couldn’t have used a better golf cart rental company!! They delivered right to our condo for free, golf cart was super clean, and their customer service is unbeatable. Highly recommend!!

  This is the only place you should go for your rentals. I was in contact with the owner before I went to Belize for my honeymoon. We were lucky enough to stay at a resort that contracted with Rio. Everything was extremely easy and the prices were way cheaper than I expected.
  
  My husband and I are so excited for our next visit down to belize and will definitely be using this service again.
  
  If you are looking for spectacular hospitality this is the place to go. :)

  Just got back from San Pedro and found that Rio Golf cart has over charged my credit card for almost $100 extra. I contacted Rio via email and they were very responsive to my request for this refund.
  
  I did not give them 5 stars because the golf cart was in poor condition. It would take 2-3 minutes to get the cart to start. The front window was cracked and pieced together with clips. While driving on the bumpy road, the back seat fell off. The cart should have been repair before they rented it. However, my impression is the cost of these cart can vary widely on the island and Rio did give a good deal.
