Nice and clean rooms with the exceptionally lovely host Rick. Nice common area for chilling and cooking up a meal in the kitchen. 3 minute walk from bus terminal, 3 minute walk from grocery stores. There is currently a lively bar directly downstairs, but the music does finish early and shouldn't keep you awake. You will struggle to find a better place at the price
