ATM Tour was very nice. Knowledgeable guide although it’s very crowded. Not the tour guides fault but felt it was rushed because there were so many groups there. Everybody had the same agenda and wanted to see the same thing. You can’t bring a camera, water or insect repellent with you. So sad no one can take memories back. You’ll The lunch provided (after the tour) was nice.

We did the ATM tour with Maya Walk and had a wonderful time! Our guide, Hugh, was amazing and made our trek through the cave a memorable experience. The lunch provided was great as well. Would highly recommend this company!

Did three different tours on three different days with Maya Walk on our four day stay and each tour was exactly what you would want. Each guide and staff member we had with us was kind and passionate about making sure your experience was pleasant. For big tours like Tikal, make sure you pack extra granola bars or something as the lunches provided are a bit lackluster if you're on the larger side like my boyfriend. Maya Walk seems to be the best and most popular company in San Ignacio and for good reason! Would definitely go back and do other tours with them in the future.

We did the ATM tour and the cave tubing! All their staff we interacted with was amazing! You MUST do the ATM tour!! It’s incredible!!! Also, the guide Hugh is awesome! He made the ATM tour that much more memorable!

The crystal cave tour is absolutely incredible. Among the best parts of our 21 day trek! Francisco was an amazing guide, we felt safe the entire time. If you are in fit condition, take this tour!

I would recommend JC to anyone. He was a funny, informative and very intelligent. We did the ATM cave with him, and it was a great experience. We had Americans and Canadians in our group, and he was able to draw parallels between our cultures and his/the ancient Maya. It was elucidating and very interesting. JC joked a lot but he was very serious about the sanctity of the cave and the safety of the group. He is active learner and encourages questions - so be curious!

Our guide 'Steven' went above and beyond on our cave tubing tour made sure every one was comfortable and took his time for us to enjoy the experience unlike some of the other guides on that day we're passing us on the trail and the river , and if you like RUM try the punch even if you don't like it try it anyway lol

Although I couldn't have a tour with them, but they replied my questions very quickly and wonderful. I really love their service. They are friendly and nice. Trying help me fix my problem. The ATM Cave Tour was exceptional. The guide, Aaron, was very knowledgeable and courteous. As a local, the tour provided a great appreciation for the rich archeological history left behind by the Mayans. Boy, am I blessed to call this Jewel home ❤

My husband and I went on the ATM cave tour, and our guide Aaron was the best tour guide we ever had, in our many years of traveling. He is as knowledgeable as someone with a PhD in Mayan history and archeology, AND he was casual and funny. The perfect mix of professional and personal! His cave tour was by far out favorite part of our travelling of Belize. We enjoyed it so much, we would even do the same tour again (guided by Aaron) if we ever make it back to this beautiful part of the country.

The ATM cave tour was great. Our tour guide, Hugh, was fantastic. He spent a lot of time talking through all the history and showing everything of interest. This tour had a great pace for us. There were several tour guides who seemed to rush through everything near us. I recommend booking through this company to get a great experience in the ATM caves.

Did the ATM tour, our guide Hector was great explaining a lot of things, that we saw that other guides just passed through.
One good thing, they offer shoes so you don't have to get yours wet during the tour.

Great experience at the ATM tour. Our guide was very informative, fun, and professional. Thought maybe we paid too much, but in the end it was a very fair price that was well worth the cost. Reenan (maybe not spelled correctly) was our guide.

Honestly, I wasn't terribly satisfied with Mayawalk. Their tour does leave first thing which is nice because there is less traffic along the route. Otherwise, it was a bit disappointing. ATM does all of the heavy lifting; I feel like they take advantage of that fact by providing less than exciting interpretation.

My husband and I recently took the ATM tour with Francisco as our guide and I can't adequately express what a wonderful job he did to teach us about Mayan history and the importance these caves had in the Mayan culture. Best of all, we had a lot of fun as we waded, swam and crawled through this incredible cave system. It was obvious that being an ATM guide was not just a job for Francisco but a passion. All visitors need to respect the ruins for future guests, as this has not always been the case (a tourist went where they were told not to go and broke an ancient skull near the path inside the cave). This tour was the highlight of our visit to Belize and highly recommend Maya Walk as your tour service.
