Location: Kat's Coffee is located in a pretty easy to reach area, just along the street where all the Guesthouses are! It'a super cozy and informal place, furnished with taste but according to the local architecture :) just a couple of seats possibilities on the porch.
Food and drink: the coffee is really good, finally a place in Belize where you can get real coffee! The prices are not that expensive compared to what you get.

Great coffee. Cat can make it just the way want it😊. She also have desserts such as Cookies both peanut butter and chocolate. She also has cake for cake lover. So when in Hopkins, don't be afraid to stop by. Don't forget to ask about their Diving and Snorkeling tours😊.

Got a chocolate ice-cream shake for my son & choc-caramel frappuccino for myself; $8 Bz each. Both were delicious. Service was friendly & courteous.

Perfect staff! I had a bagel with cream cheese and jam, homemade double chocolate cookie, peanut cookie, carrot cake, smoothies Everything was great!

Very good Guatemalan​ coffee made with a french press. Don't let the shack fool you I had a bagel with cream cheese and locally made pineapple jelly. And a homemade double chocolate cookie.
