If you want to extend a visa definitely make an appointment. As a walk in you have to cue at 6am to put your name on a list at 7am. It took 8.5 hrs in total.

I called ahead and made an appointment to extend my visa. We arrived about 10 minutes early to find a large group of people waiting outside the door. However, at the time of my appointment (0830), they called my name and we went directly to one of the windows. The young man who helped us was very efficient and we were finished in about 20 minutes.

Just moved a couple of blocks south-east to brand new offices, with plenty of space, AC, more personnel and new rules overall.

Slow service, My opinion is replace all Employees with People who wants to work.

Horrible service takes two hours to actually start application process, then an hour just to wait in line to pay cashier with a line of 6 people ahead of us and a two hour wait afterwards just to take a picture for passport. Current employees takes their own time to deal with matters. Need more employees to speed up the process or replace current employees with new employees that are willing to work harder.
