Excelente comida.. Muy mediterránea, sabores claros y exquisitos, cocción perfecta, , ambiente único y servicio muy bueno! Ni hablar de los gin tonic!! Los mejores ginebras de Ambergris Caye!

A really amazing restaurant just a short ride north of town. They have fish options or opt for a change if you’ve been eating a lot of seafood. Would come back for sure

To be honest I was getting a little tired of beans and rice, and Mexican inspired food. I saw billboards all over the island for Evoo, and the pictures looked fantastic, so my husband and I decided to give the restaurant a chance despite being so few reviews. I was not disappointed. For the appetizer my husband and I ordered the antipasto. It was the most scrumptious thing I've eaten in a long time. I could have left the restaurant after that and gone home happy. For our entrees my husband ordered the beef wellington, which is a favorite at the restaurant and very delicious. I ordered the lobster butternut squash ravioli. I was disappointed with this dish. The ravioli were floating in butter and the sauce overly sweet. The waiter, Carlos, was very attentive and did a great job. We also had the creme brûlée which was also delicious. The dishes are a little on the pricer side. We got out of there for $100 U.S. before the tip. The ambiance while a little stiff, was pretty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for those who want a little more European/American fare.

We had a wonderful experience from the unexpected gazpacho to the surprise after dinner drink. The Frutti Di Mare was made with the freshest seafood, perfectly cooked pasta and delicious sauce. We were unsure about going to a restaurant with few reviews but gave it the benefit of the doubt that it must be new. The service was some of the best we've received on the island. It was well worth the price of the meal including the bottle of wine.

EVOO is a beautiful dining experience! The food is beautifully displayed and delicious! Staff is attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. We are going back this evening!! Can hardly wait!!
