A great place for bird watching. In the dry season dirt/board trails are very accessable.

Awesome birding. Stayed at Birdseye Lodge where Verna and her staff were the best. Warm Creole people and lovely surroundings. The best is the birding.

    Birding paradise.

The area is remote, by a lake and beautiful.
Verna greeted and made all of us feel at home and extremely welcome.

We took a early morning birding tour with Leonard who showed us the local birds while walking throughout the surrounding area.

The food here was fantastic. We had a coconut simmered beans and rice which was unique and delicious.
