This place is so awesome. You cannot go wrong here. Everyone is nice. Clean. Well appointed and accommodating! They will get you going on whatever adventure you want. Owned by a Belizian who was a US Marine. As you would expect it is Top Notch!

I stayed here for a week in January 2018. The room I had on Floor 3 was huge and comfortable. The view was spectacular and since this hotel is the tallest building on the island I spent a few sunsets on the roof and hammock, where the vantage point of the whole island (and the north island) is spectacular. Take a beer to the roof and enjoy life!
The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food options are all over the place (try the lady's beach bbq just steps from the office). There's a store just next door for snacks and drinks.
Caye Caulker is so cool and this hotel was a great place to stay. It's a perfect location and real quiet. I will be back.

Air-conditioning worked and the prices where reasonable compared to other spots on the beach. The privet deck on the roof is also great for sunrise and sunsets.

I loved this place. Stayed in the room above the office and had an amazing view of the ocean. Every morning they had a snack for us and we loved sitting on the pier relaxing all day !!
