  We stayed at Blue Bay Cottages in December 2017 and absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were just amazing and helped us with everything from picking us up and dropping us off at the ferry, recommending restaurants and things to do on the island including an amazing snorkeling tour, proving us with a gorgeous fresh lobster dinner and bargaining for us for a great price for a hammock!!!
  The room itself was fantastic with hot water and a great kitchen, a/c and filtered water. We especially loved having the use of the private jetty to watch the sunset from. It was only a short walk into town where we really enjoyed all the restaurants!
  We would highly recommend staying at Blue Bat Cottages for a relaxing and comfortable stay on Caye Caulker!!

  Fantastic place to stay. While it is on the southern side of Caye Caulker, it is quite easy to access the town; a 5 minutes bike ride or 10 minute walk. Francis, the owner, provides bicycles and a cell phone programmed with emergency numbers and some minutes to use if necessary.
  
  The windward side of the Caye had a steady breeze which makes the hammock on the porch a great touch. The room was well appointed with a fridge, small stove, and coffee maker. The bathroom was great with a spacious shower. There was a TV with a variety of cable channels, and A/C in the room. It was neatened up every day.
  
  If you book it, try to use your booking agency to get in touch with Francis so he knows when to pick you up at the ferry terminal with his golf cart. He'll drop you off as well if needed.
