Megs, Ian and Jim were wonderful! Other companies only offer 2 day minimum during peak season, so Barefoot came to the rescue! We reserved 3 single days (spaced out) and were given 3 different vehicals- all were equally great. Each morning that we picked up, Ian was waiting for us before our scheduled time and Jim was most accomodating by letting us return after hours to the service shop. Working with Barefoot was easy breezy! We will definitely use them again and we recommend you do too!

We rented a jeep for 8 days for our visit. Ian picked us up at our resort. The car was clean and ready to go. The service from Ian and his wife, Megs, was excellent. Price was great and we will definitely rent from them next time we are in Placencia. Best price and service.

We rented a golf cart from Barefoot while visiting Placencia while on a cruise. The price was very fair for the all day rental, and allowed us to go up the coast quite a long ways to explore. I want to say they only take cash, but that was fine as there were no credit card transactions to stress about. They will need to make a photo copy / scan of your ID, but otherwise the paperwork was painless, and we were able to drop the cart off at the main boat dock so we didn't need to walk back to the ferry to get back to the cruise ship.
