We used to go to this restaurant often when we visit the Island. Not anymore! I told Jerry the waiter ten times that we don't want BBQ sauce on our wings, we want hot sauce. Another lady brings my father and I the wings with BBQ sauce on it. I tell the lady no we told him over and over no BBQ sauce, neither of us can stand BBQ sauce. She says she is not our waitress and we have to take it up with the waiter. So when he walks by It told him as well and I thought he said he would take care of it. Enough time went by so I started eating those wings anyways. Keep on mind I was starving. It was dinner time and the only thing I had eaten was potato chips all day. When I see the girl again I asked if our hot wings were coming. She says she can't do anything about it because I had eaten the wings already. Well if she would have fixed it in first place I wouldn't have. So I ask to speak to speak to the manager and of course shew wasn't there. She says she doesn't have the authority to replace our wings but she wanted tore sell us more for half off? So we payed and decided to come back and talk to the owner tomorrow. When I explained what happened she said she would take care of it and replace both of our wings for lunch. Then after talking Jerry she calls me over to the bar and says she will only replace one order of wings because we ate the wings last night. I told her yes we did eat them because when I told him they messed up our order they did nothing to fix it. The waiter was saying that I ate the wings before i complained, which everyone in our party knows that is not true. Then she starts yelling at me and called me a liar! I probably shouldn't have yelled back but I did. I told her we will just cancel our credit card payment for the entire meal. Why shouldn't I? We were celebrating a beautiful wedding and they ruined it for us. So instead of replacing a few dollars worth of wings she lost payment for all 4 of our meals. Not only will we not return but everyone we travel to the island with will not go back there either. All 4 of us are putting 1 star reviews so her 4 stars will probably go down to 3. It's just ridiculous, even if I did have nothing better to do then go there and lie about it she does not know the first rule of the restaurant business that the customer is always right. Keep in mind, I don't ever give anyone bad reviews. If I can't compliment a place with 5 stars I usually leave it alone. This was just horrible how they treated us though. I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

Terrible Service, we were there celebrating the wedding of two missionaries/Ministers that are part of our team. The waiter was asked several times by us to bring hot wings. Instead he brought barbecue wings to my Son and myself. Then when we asked him to bring us the correct wings he refused. Instead he sent another waitress. The waitress said she did not have the Authority to make it right. We came the next day and spoke to the owner. She agreed to make it right. Then she spoke to the waiter that was only with her for two weeks. Her and her waiter then yelled at my Son, accusing him of lying.
I’ve come here several times over the last couple of years, on this yearly mission. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted. We will never eat there again. Neither will the rest of our missionary that witnessed the entire incident with the waiter, and other missionary team members.

Nice and pinturesque place with swings in and outside the restaurant. The food is good, but not impressive, could be better. Great location close to the seaside.

Had the bagel breakfast sandwich & was very delicious. The swing seats are a fun idea but personally not comfortable but perfect view of the ocean. Close to water taxi.

We had breakfast here. Location was great but food was not that great. Service was bad. We forgot all things from our order. Had to wait long and then the pancakes were cold. Didnt had things that were on their menu.

Great view and atmosphere. Was craving a frozen drink, a bit of a let down on the bartending side. The quesadilla was an 8 out of 10, very good food. Close to the water taxi too so it is a good place to wait in the shade.

Get the mojito! Hands down best I have ever had. All of the foods was great, ceviche is amazing, but skip the burgers unless you like them flat, overcooked and dry. Well stop here again

Swing chairs! A drink named "Adios Motherfuck!" Great food!

I really enjoyed Bambooze. They had great drinks, friendly staff, and good food. The place is, much like everything else here, right next to the water, so you get a nice breeze to go with your swing chair. It's quite nice, indeed.

The best thing I had here was the "Adios Motherfuck", which was a bright blue giant goblet of alcohol. The name just made it better.

A+. Highly suggested.
