  Просто обалденный магазин! Часто перед работой забегаю за вкусняшками для своего пёселя. Всегда огромный выбор,глаза разбегаются, очень вежливый персонал.

I am glad that you can order the necessary feed on the website and your employees will definitely inform you when it appears in the store - you don't have to go to waste.
  It's nice to see that your employees are always friendly, outgoing and very patient, which is a rarity these days.

  Yesterday I visited a new store on Independence Avenue. I got a French bulldog and I had to dress it for the season. I came to the store with my four-legged friend. I would like to express special gratitude to the sales consultant Lilith. This is a professional with a capital letter, plus a person who truly loves animals. Lilith helped with the selection and fitting, in her hands my Josephine felt like a star. The store is beautiful, a wide assortment and a special atmosphere. The cat lives in the store and this creates a warm home atmosphere. The only thing I would like to ask is to expand the range of clothes on medium and large dogs. This is a very big problem for all owners. Thanks for the work

  Very attentive, professional, competent and courteous staff)
  I have been looking for a specific brand of dog food since Friday. Found in several stores. I left a request in one - no answer, the phones are busy for several hours. In the second - the answer is "our employee will contact you", the phones do not answer, there is no feedback. In e-zoo, the order was accepted . and silence.
  And only GARFIELD responded very quickly to the online order (they soon called back, told about the delivery date, found the nearest convenient store for self-pickup, promised (and, most importantly, they kept their word, to speed up the transfer of the order to the desired store).
  They called back from the store, invited for an order. In the store itself, the girls-consultants are simply beauties: courteous, competent, attentive.
  Summary: Garfield is number one in relation to customers, employee professionalism and product mix.

  A good store from a widespread network. The presence of many products is good news. The staff is friendly and helpful, they know their job and goods. When asked to suggest something, they always give a detailed sufficient answer. Delivery works with a bang.
