  1276 – Foundation of Kamenets on the Lesnaya River as frontier (border) outpost.
  
  1761 – Duke Udalryk Radziwill, being in Kamenets with the Dragon 🐲 regiment, observes the transit of Venus ♀ across the Sun's ☀ disk.
  
  1837 – Ignat Kulakovski discovers the foundation date of Kamenets in the Volyn Chronicle (Rumyantsev Museum) — 1276, and he sends the first publication on Kamenets pillar to the Governor.

  Odrestaurowana wieża obronną z bogatą wystawą muzeum, eksponatów historycznych jak i makiet. Na pewno warto odwiedzić.

  Очень красивый вид. К сожалению, музей был закрыт ( понедельник, вторник выходной), на площади слева перед башней женщина, торгующая сувенирами, очень хорошо и подробно рассказала про историю башни, Каменца и экспозицию музея.
  Магниты у нее не китайские, а производства бывшего выпускника школы напротив.
  Очень всё понравилось!

  Историческое место впечатляет своими габаритами, также очень интересный и не дорогой музей, рядом есть лавка с сувенирами.

  Good tower. Very cheap entrance fee, interesting inside. Excursion won't take a lot of time, therefore I suggest to enter the tower, and thus to support the monument. Moreover from the very top you'll be awarded with a beautiful view.

  Well, it's just a tower. No surprise :) I've heard you can take a guided tour but I had no chance .
