Good airport. Clean and calm as the entire Republic of Belarus. No smoking room(( Fast checking though. Hated when flight info was switching to Chinese. The Airport using 3 languages for signs, directions, announcements and displays.

Clean and fast to move inside. You don't need to arrive with more than 30 minutes if you go at the very first hours of the morning. I had a flight at 7AM and I could arrive from outside to my gate in less than 20 minutes, but, at least, go with 30 mins just in case.

The airport is small but the size is enough for all the air traffic. I don't like huge airports - waste of time. In Minsk airport everything is within 5 minutes of walk. No long lines on passport control - many windows are opened. Quick and easy pass through customs. For the passengers waiting at the gates - food and drink is within few steps, easy and convenient.
There is no train to the city - bus and taxi are available

This is a solid airport. Checking in and Checking out is smooth and orderly unlike many other airports. The only peculiarities are that when you arrive you must purchase mandatory traveller's insurance at a kiosk and show the customs staff completed arrival and departure cards before you can pass through. Americans and citizens of many other countries can visit five days visa free if they come through the airport. Think about visiting Minsk - it's an interesting city and full of surprises.

Small and tidy airport. Anyway I lost my winter coat in Gate B before my departure on 19th Feb, i was just being careless, first two bags arrived and i just left since my coat was on last tray. No staff even called me whereas i stood for passport stamp pretty long. Anyway i won't blame nobody but myself, but if it possible, please keep that coat and i'll be back to Minsk in March)

This airport is OK. I wouldn't say that the staff is very friendly, but at least the immigration control and security check were very fast. Food choice is OK. The main problem is that the airport is far away from Minsk center (About 42 km)

Not very big but well functioning airport. Take a taxi to get to Minsk. The prices are not high. It is a pity that very few airlines fly there from Europe, so the airplane tickets are very expensive compared to all other European destination.
Now if flying to Belarus from Europe, you do not need any visa for a week. So I guess it will attract more tourists to the country as now it is much easier to get there.

Strange that all transit passengers need to go though passport control and get pass stumped on in and out. Border staff is very attentive to all details, especially during passport check and customs. WiFi works well, latte cost 1.5$, big duty free area.

The toilets could use more often cleaning. The only warm meal you can get is Burger King (seriously!). On the other hand, cheap duty free and also a working wifi.

1. You'll face an obstacle that you can't find ppl speaking English.
2. The airport is not too far from Minsk centre .
3. More than 200 ml of liquid , perfumes , shaving cream and lotions is not allowed to pass the boarding gate. All should be inside your package.

Long lines at customs. Remember to get you medical insurance first and fill in both sides of your entry form (it's redundant, but required). Cabs to town are metered but expensive.

Proper immigration control

I hold swiss passport. I am True Swiss.
However its checked with manofication glass for its trueness.
Who does not have proper papers for medical insurance has to get one just before passport control. Otherwise no entrance to nation. I wished EU and Switzerland would have this super strict immigration controls.

It pays out. Just when you start to drive off the airport, proper roads and no garbage lies around.

Belrus, so far very well done, keep going this way.

Ok, it's not Dubai airport, definitely. If you're not a transit passenger - do not come too early, as there's nothing to do. However now it's much better than used to be.

Good airport, small but cozy! Duty free is ridiculously cheap, like the bars and fast food! The wifi is free and the connection is fast (with data limit), also yo find many chargers for your phone around. Comparing to other "big" int airports this one is winning.
