Service service just leaves much to be desired . customer focus what are you talking about! I made an order in 4-5 days, indicated all the data, I was not too lazy to write an email (there was a typo in the number, one digit was not enough). As a result, there is no delivery on the required day, the manager did not call back. I decided to dial and find out what’s wrong, a typo in the number - there is no order, I ask, why then indicate the email ????? A typo in the number, well, write me an email, it was not for nothing that I indicated it, for something you needed it. As a result, I never got a birthday present, and when asked why they didn't write to the post office if there was a typo, I didn't hear anything intelligible.

AWESOME STORE !!! And the same staff !!! I made an order for the bike, checking with the manager whether the delivery will be fully assembled and configured, to which I received the answer: Yes, of course! As a result, the bicycle was brought not fully assembled. When asked why? Since delivery is out of town, you yourself need to fasten the steering wheel, pedals and something else there. We need a question how, how and where Answer: Find a neighbor with a hexagon, let it do it for you. All neighbors in the country ran away with their hexagons. As a result, we could not find a suitable one in size. I’m calling the store again, I’m saying we can’t pick up in size, where to get it and what to do. The answer is the same: We don’t know what to do, we won’t go to you, we can send the hexagon by mail, but you have to pay for it What is this inadequate at all ???? I have not seen such chaos for a long time. What is most interesting, I am 15 km from the store on Gamarnika. This is how much they do not give a damn about customers, so as not to drive up with the right tool and not twist everything like a log. For delivery, they took not 15 rubles as on the site, but 20 rubles. The manager who took the order is not an employee, they told me so when I called. Shock, not a store!

The most terrible online store I have ever met !!!! We ordered a bicycle with delivery, promised to deliver in three days, in fact it came in a week. Delivery was carried out, they said there’s no time to wait while you check it, they left, saying if you have problems, call. Unpacked this “miracle” that came one got the impression that someone had ridden it for at least a year: everything was scratched, paint was chipped on every element in general, horror, not a bicycle !!! We call the store - the manager is rude, says I don’t know anything, the bike is riding, and that chips and scratches on it are not a reason for return, I will not help anything bike back and refund. A week later, we arrived for a bicycle with a fight and proved that we need not only to take the bicycle, but also to return the money🤭🤭🤭 As a result, we somehow gave us money for the bicycle, for its delivery that we paid naturally didn’t return the money, They said that these are your problems, we won’t refund the money for delivery (they probably have their own Law on Consumer Rights) Resigned, because they already lacked the strength, nerves, and time . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCORE!!! PASS THIS PARTY, DO NOT CONTACT, SAVE YOUR NERVES !!!!

Забирал в субботу заказанный велосипед. Не ожидал, что будет там такой аншлаг. Помещение небольшое, но много разных детских и взрослых велосипедов. Продавцы очень грамотные, спокойные и вежливые - как в такой суете не сойти с ума, это надо постараться. Нашли время и дали грамотные советы и отговорили от ненужных трат. Рекомендую.

Решили с мужем порадовать себя и к началу велосезона купить велосипеды. Не знали с чего начать. Читали отзывы, лазили по сайтам. В итоге нашли этот магазин. Позвонили. Нас так проконсультировали по телефону, что мы не раздумывая прыгнули в машину и поехали в магаз, хотя находился он на другом конце города. Подобрали и мне, и мужу. Спасибо огромное сотрудникам магазина за отличную консультацию, а магазину за ассортимент! Будем вас рекомендовать!

Сначала заказал велосипед новатек. Заказывал в день рождения дочки, но к сожалению привезли немного коцаный на раме краска немножко слезла. А также резиновая ручка была с дыркой. Меня такое не устроило, Поэтому я решил заказать другой велосипед. Просто замучился с ними созваниваться на следующий день по нескольку раз уточняя, есть ли всё ещё такой велосипед в наличии. Сначала говорили что есть. Потом оказалось что другой модели. В результате пришлось заказать велосипед Аист. В Принципе покупкой Доволен но за чеком пришлось ехать отдельно. К слову, через полгода приехал отрегулировать передачи - сделали Всё быстро и качественно.

Замечательный и надёжный магазин,покупали в нём свои велосипеды и различные аксессуары к ним. Ассортимент широкий,есть из чего выбирать. Сотрудники пункта самовывоза на улице Гамарника очень приветливые и знающие ребята. Подробно проконсультируют,подскажут,расскажут,ответят на все интересующие вопросы и помогут определиться с выбором интересующего товара:оптимальное соотношение цена-качество.Также можно подъехать и подкачать колёса бесплатно:)
Также большой плюс,что живем рядом.
