Nice place but breakfast could be more fresh(pastries) and the maid unnecessarily replaces soaps used only once. A rubbish bin would be essential in the room as well not only in the toilet because I have to keep everything on the desk. Toilet paper is painful to use. Bed is comfortable and the condition of the room is okay too.

Хорошая гостиница за свои деньги. В номерах свежо и чисто. В ванных комнатах ужасно холодно. Wi-Fi только в холле, как вариант интернет через провод RJ45 (предлагают при заселении) в номере. При бронировании лучше воспользоваться сервисом Booking - цена за номер будет гораздо дешевле, нежели бронирование посредством телефонного звонка.

Located just outside of Minsk ring in the heart of High Technology Park. Basic accommodation for a very reasonable price. Luxe rooms are recommended for a longer stay.

Brand new hotel that opened in April 2014. Really close to Minsk ring road and train rails so relatively noisy at night time. Good point is that it makes it easy to drive on Minsk ring road and visit the surroundings. The rooms are very basic : no air conditionning, huge grey and sad shelves, no litter in the room, view on other blocks from the window. The staff is not flexible at all and did not allow us to be 3 by room (despite of the fact that there is a double bed + regular bed & 3 towels). The worst is the restaurant downstairs with communist-style staff, bringing you low-quality food (either heated up from yesterday or dry or not tasty at all or all this together) that you did not order (we were speaking in russian so there was a perfect common understanding) to force you to pay a little bir more. Choose this hotel only if you have no other choice.
