  We bought a teenage bike here, gave good advice, but the most pleasant thing is the attitude to the bike and the subsequent service. As the client was not abandoned, but produced in such a way. and did it competently. Great as new after active use. The guys are handy, they know their stuff. I recommend this store.

  I decided to change the review. For me it was the best place to renovate, and I decided to go there again. squeaks appeared and gears began to switch poorly. After examining a repair specialist, he sentenced the rear cassette and the replacement chain. I agreed because the chain hasn't really changed for a long time. The repair was done quickly, thanks for that. I asked what and how, I was told that the parts were worn out and the point was in them. I calmly took the bike and drove home. A few days later I went for a drive and realized that the problem had not gone away. The problem with the gears remained and that creak was in the same place, but it did not appear immediately. As a result, I paid 140 rubles. for repairs and I can conclude that this is not a workshop but a store. I bought it, no one will identify the exact cause of the malfunction because it’s easier to put a new one, but whether this will solve the problem or not is another moment. I won't go here again. By the way, before that I gave the bike to another master.

  Добрый день! 04.05.2018г. в магазине ВелоСити (ул. Уманская, 54 ТЦ «GLOBO», цоколь пав. 76 ) покупала аксессуар "держатель для бутылки на велосипед". Хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам данного магазина работавшие в тот день. Впечатление осталось хорошее как от самого товара так и от обслуживания. Помимо продажи, ребята сами установили держатель, а также произвели осмотр всего велосипеда. Очень отзывчивые, доброжелательные и трудолюбивые сотрудники!! Еще раз огромное спасибо Ребятам.
