The Room can hold up to 100 people. Its doors are open from 8am to 11:30pm everyday and live music is played Wednesdays to Saturday evenings.

The Room is located in the Main Mall, Gaborone opposite The Blood Transfusion Centre along the Central Police station Road. It is on the second floor of the building next to Mascom.
