I was in Mogoditshane, Botswana in a business trip. I was treated very well by the friendly professional staff from the reception to the restaurant. I can confirm that I received a royal experience.

The room was very comfortable in every way.
The cleaning staff ensure that the room was immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful.

I was very impressed by all the staff within the hotel, even when I ask if they could arrange my receipt to show in rands for my counter claim, they organised receipt in both pula and rands.

Even though I couldn't reach the SABC channels for my favourite programmes, I watched the ENCA news channel and I also survived by the hotel's wi-fi to watch the channels on my laptop and contact the family back home. However I must emphasise that the overall standard of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff was second to none.

Buffet Breakfast was outstandingly nice and the friendliness of the staff gave me the appetite before every meal in the morning, very professional, neat and helpful.

There was a time when the electricity was gone, it didn't take even a minute before the generator kicked in.

I will certainly be staying there again and recommend the hotel to friends and families. By the way I was charmed by the lighting mirror.
