  I came here to deposit money into an associate's account at month end and the day after a holiday so the line was understandably long. I spent an hour and a half queuing, and Stanbic really does it's customers no favours with it's maximum of 4 tellers, only 3 of which were operational when I visited. The air conditioning blew nice and cold though so that offered some respite from the scorching heat outside. The cellphone reception inside the bank leaves a lot to be desired so it was a welcome relief to have a free Wi-Fi network for Stanbic guests which didn't require a password. I was also happy I didn't have to fill a form out to deposit cash as is procedure at most other Botswana banks, I just gave the teller the money and verbally told her my associate's banking details. Overall a decent experience but the need for improvements in infrastructure is obvious.
