This hospital has been closed since the new Sekgoma Memorial Hospital was opened in the last decade. It is currently in the process of being refurbished with a view to being reopened around April 2018. This would then service the populations to the west of Serowe, along with surroundings villages in that direction. Hopefully the service will be satisfactory once this hospital is reopened.
