This border post sucks, there is no order at all the security is absolutely useless, the officials allow some people to jump the ques whilst others has been standing there for hours, who knows what gets exchanged to allow this. Bathrooms are locked how do they expect thousands of people to que for hours without having to use the bathrooms. Very shity service. They don't even deserve a star.

Terrible service by the Botswanian authorities. Both at entry and exit. Not, friendly and near Racist toward Zimbabwean Nationals.. Was very disappointed.

The custom offices at this border are so slow and disorganised. I wouldn't recommend anyone to cross by here during major holidays.

The service depends on the weather and how personnel feel. Carry your Pen with you for fill in of mandatory entry and exit forms. Be well aware of your destination. When using public transport beware of thieves and keep up with familiar face so as to not lose track of your transporter.

The service during holidays was really bad. We queued for north of 4 hours before being served yet the Zimbabwe border cleared us in minutes
