  Orange Botswana customer care is the poorest in the country. Just to contact 123 is a nightmare you will be lucky if you get answered on the first day of calling usually you have to call back many times day after day in order to get through. I give up its so poor, i want to cry.

  We have traveled the world many times and often pick up the local sim cards. I have not felt the need to review them but the Botswanan Orange SIM deserves a special warning. 
  
  We purchased the time limited 2 Gb data, phone and text plan for about 92 USD. First of all, the coverage is very poor and very slow. Web pages barely load, if at all. I see lots of towers around but apparently not for Orange. 
  
  Secondly, most of the calling is allocated to calling other Orange numbers and no ability to transfer one balance to the other. 
  
  I had 1.652 Gb of data left to be used by 2018 but was cut off. I can't request a call back because "not enough money" Can't request customer service to call back. What BS! 
  
  Pretty much useless and a waste of money.
