I am amazed at the revamp in service training within the past year at both Nandos in Francistown. The staff seems to have been retrained and hit every mark for a western dining experience. Friendly greeting but not overly overwhelming, patient, immediately brings drinks, helpful with menu items, two-minute check to see if the food tastes good, attentive, polite and preps the bill for a quick but unrushed dining experience. Honestly did not expect this is Bots. Awesome job! (Dined in Jan/Feb 2018)

This is a proper eat out restaurant, friendly staff, Wi-Fi available, they also have bathrooms which you don't have to pay for, that's a plus given that with Nandos at galo, the bathrooms have a charge. The mall is quiet and somewhat secluded from town, which is pretty cool.

Sun Shine Plaza is one of the shopping centres in Francistown. They have all kinds of small shops as well as a supermarket, barber, restaurants, etc.
