  Sebele branch: Friendly waiters but terrible service. Food is mediocre. Safest thing to order is breakfast, sandwiches and the cakes by the counter.

  Mugg & Bean can be hit or miss depending on your server. The food and coffee are just fine locations everywhere but if you get a server who is slow at putting your order in, slow it bring you the check, Etc your experience is going to be a pain. This is not a fine dining facility yet I feel like they might be trying to make it one. This is a cafe and people stopped in to eat quickly I think they should probably look into training their staff to bring the check sooner rather than later. That's the only reason there's a minus one the food and drinks are fantastic though.

  Having visited on many occasions over the last year, I can say that the service and the food are usually very good. However, the baristas seem to have been trained to boil the milk for lattes and cappuccinos. Repeatedly sending back the coffee in order to get one that won't badly burn your mouth seems to be the only thing that works, unless you have twenty minutes to let the coffee cool to drinking temperature. If it weren't for this, I'd rate them five stars

  We were in the restaurant for over an hour and no waiter came to us to offer a menu or ask how we were doing despite the fact that they were serving tables next to us. The bathroom was nasty with period stains on it and from the chart, it seemed the last time it was cleaned was in the morning and we were at the restaurant in the evening. Absolute pitiful!
