I visited Mascom Airport Junction this afternoon because I was not sure whether I had paid my monthly bill for end of July 2015. I was attended to by a not very customer friendly staff, who kept me waiting while she was still doing something on her computer - she never apologised for keeping me waiting. I was on the verge of leaving when she ultimately finished whatever she was doing and gave me the opportunity to present my case. She checked in her system and told me I owed P1 232.87 being two months' bills, which although I doubted, I proceeded to pay. When I reached home and checked my receipt file, I found that I made a payment of P743.23 on July 2, 2015. My question then is; how can I be owing two months when I paid last month? Lastly, the reason I am raising this here is because the phone number on the receipt, endlessly rings unanswered and all the web pages, which I thought would be appropriate for my case would not open. Surprisingly, all pages publicising Mascom services open without a hitch. Makes you wonder!!
