Been here for conferences in the hotel, movie in the cinema and lunch at one of the restaurants. Classy place, attracts upper income society. -an embodiment if quality.
Parking is a challenge outside, but there's paid parking under the square.

Great place situated centrally. Has the best parking in town that is safe and secure and rarely fills to capacity considering there are two parking levels. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. Rates are market friendly and online bookings ensure lesser prices. All facilities from spar, restaurants, gym, pool, movie houses, shops and banks all within the area with most a walking distance.

Amazing hotel in Botswana. Close to most attractions. They have a roof top pool bar that is just amazing. Their food leaves a little to be desired yet pricey.

Free and good breakfast. Shopping mall not big but has all essential, even a movie theater! Good internet access. I was a bit surprised that there is no shower floor mat, but it is not a big deal.

The service has improved since my last visit when the hotel first opened but the food is still not great. Breakfast was okay but Lunch food terrible - dried out chicken and fish and tasteless dessert.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The suites are always clean, spacious and attractive. It is very conveniently situated with 3 restaurants and a gelato shop on the premises and a movie theater. The main bus rank, train station and taxis are all within a two block walk. Rail Park Mall is connected to the bus rank and there are 3 grocery stores.

Love, love, love! Super modern, and located in the middle of city center (although that area is not a bustling place). 10 min walk away from 3 Chiefs Monument, 12 mins walk away from local mall. There is also a great spa, gelato shop, and restaurants directly on the same shared compound. Only improvement need would be to replace the old weights at the gym (open 24 hrs). I will definitely be returning. Top notch by all Western standards.

There is so much you can do at mass. A wide variety of places to eat with excellent food. There is something for everyone here. It is also a shopping mall so you can get high end clothes, massages, your hair done, baby clothes and more. Masa also has its own hotel so if you need a place to stay Masa is as good a choice as any. If you like views and a party vibe there is absolute bar on the 3rd floor.
