  Very bad place at all because for us to take a bath we have to call the reception time and again. Totally disappointed and to my experience I won't come back

  Breakfast was below expectations. Could not order dinner because there was no chef(that's what they told us):Mind you this happened after paying for the night, and we had specifically asked prior to paying if there was a restaurant and food upon request. ( the response was all three meals are available).It was noisy at night and all efforts to call reception to help with that were futile as there was no answer. But the rooms are very beautiful.

  The hotel is still relatively new. The place is really nice as they keep developing the garden areas. The rooms look really good as well.

  Good reception and customer services. Affordable hotel services with breakfast included in the room service. Being Cresta Marang's neighbor gives them eager to maintain great quality services
