Friendly and extremely knowledgable staff! Unfortunately, the computers and phones are overpriced, especially compared to their own website's prices and competitors like HomeCorp. I strongly encourage Incredible Connection to reconsider those prices.

Great tech store with some of the best computers and peripherals in the whole country. And if you're lucky you might find your favourite gadget on sale at an even friendlier price to your wallet.
When it comes to above average computing and gadgetry, this is the store I'd recommend. I'm not sure if they've brought online shopping to us yet, cos they have some great products on their website that are not often in store. It's a pity that only South Africans enjoy that. Doesn't diminish that they're still a good store though.

Incredible staff who are always willing to help and respond positively to customers. Incredible is undoubtedly expensive, but you get what you are looking for.
