Bokamoso Private Hospital has the best service everbeen using it for the past 10years, I was admitted at the maternity wardand the midwives were great pity I don't remember all their names
I could have given 5stars but then I met Cashier Botho Mhlelu, she is the worst when it comes to customer service, we don't need such people to deal with patients, I feel she is supposed to be working at a back office not the front desk.response / report this review -

Recieved fantastic service for an MRI scan last Thursday got my results Friday and they are bad. Luckily that is not even my fault! Was fitted with back brace everyone was friendly and efficient. And the seswaa, papa and merogo was to die for at the coffee shop after a long fast. Will be there for a week later in the year sort of looking forward to it!

My granddaughters aged 8 and 11yrs admitted to paediatric ICU. The younger one discharged after five days the older one critical and still there. The staff are fantastic and very understanding. The service great.

Great Hospital!!!!! BUT I have to complain about Dr. S MULLAKKAL ITTICHIRU of Kumar Paediatric surgery. Is this man a doctor or what you call him a specialist? The worst doctor that I ever met.scary unfriendly face to kids. Looking down on blacks? How can he be working in the kids health area when he is so unfriendly, just sitting there and give wrong consultation and still getting paid for such bad service???????? Please Bokamoso Hospital you are a great hospital don't loose thatby some bad apples in your institution. Very unfriendly unapproachable doctors and nurses should be a no no in a private hospitalwe know better.
