Mr. Kgotso Mathe - Business Development Manager

The company has retained the services of Mr. Kgotso Mathe, an ABCB Accredited Company Secretary and Business Consultant, since October 2009. Following his Diploma in Law demise at UB, he has been practicing as a business consultant from June 2007 and as a company secretary from October 2009. As a company secretary he acts as the Chief Advisor to the companies acquiring his services.

Currently he sits in Malete Land Board as an Ordinary Member for the term 2017 - 2020. In addition he sits in the Audit Committee, Procurement Committee and he is Malete Land Board's BATLA focal person.

In the year 2017, Mr. Mathe successfully advised the High Court of Botswana, before Justice Radijeng, that a company secretary in terms of rule 4 of the High Court rules, has a right of audience to represent the company to whom he/she is company secretary.

Mr. Tawanda Mandikate - Accounting & Auditing Director

Mr Tawanda Mandikate, who is in charge of our Accounting, Auditing & Advisory Division is currently employed as a Chief Accountant at Maun Lodge.

From October 2011 to April 2017 Mr. Mandikate worked as a Audit Senior at Ernst & Young Auditors Gaborone. His duties included:

(1) Reporting to the Partners of the firm Ernst & Young; (2) Carrying out and leading audit assignments pertaining to clients of Ernst & Young and; (3) Training other graduate accountants who do not have experience in the field.

Over the years he has acquired vast knowledge in the field of auditing and accounting. He has learned and mastered various processes from many different companies including;
