Amazing place in Africa, we spend 4 days here after that we moved to Kruger National park. The experience is very different I prefer by far these place the excellence of Belmond and the magic of being in a water world rounded by explosion of life.
About the staff someone wrote a review about the guides are like a militar, in comparison with other places here they have an special respect for the nature and in sometimes they need you to guide or be quiet, if you let it go you can live an amazing experience.response / report this review -

Amazing safari camp with the most impressive bespoke accomodation ever. Welcome songs, very close animal encounters with elephants drinking out of your own plunge pools makes for an unforgetable experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The place has been remodeled and upon your arrival it looks beautiful overlooking the Delta. I know this place is quite costly and for the price you are not getting what you deserve. The service is below average at best and the food is pretty bad. We were all very disappointed . We traveled as a group of 8 of us. This was our last leg of our trip. The staff were not friendly and our guide Tsile was a bit militant. We had stayed in 2 other places one in Kruger , Dulini lodge which was by far the most amazing place and then Muchenje where all the staff were warm, friendly and the food and service was outstanding. Stay somewhere else.
