The apartments are a bit on the older side, but decent. The problem is that they don't maintain it properly: the carpets are old, fittings are sometimes not functional. They are slow to cater to your complaints. My commode didn't work and I failed to get it fixed in 5 months, and they never vacuum the rugs instead of just using old-school brooms, possibly to save costs. The house help who come to clean are nice, but nosy.

The good sides: the apartments are in a very good location, and the main city is within walking distance. They also have 3 dogs in the premise: Kharoo and Mushi are adorable!

I've stayed here for 5 months in two blocks: once for 4 months (March-June 2017) and then for one month (August 2017).

This place was fixed for me by my company, and is two blocks away from a colleague. Under different circumstances, I would prolly not choose this place myself.
