  Nice place. It's just 110 kms from Guwahati. Very much scenic and a peaceful place. A perfect place for a perfect weekend. Drinks are also available so no need to worry for that. Don't forget to try the wine there.

  This is the most sought after place in Samdrup Jongkhar for a night's stay.
  People travelling form Guwahati, Shillong etc to inner Bhutan stay at Samdrup Jongkhar and continue their journey.
  The place is very well maintained and the staff is so much helpful. The in-house restaurant serves very delicious food. Please order well in a advance as everything is cooked fresh and takes a little bit of time.
  Be sure to call up and reserve rooms well in advance as they have only 9 rooms.
  People from Guwahati, Rangia etc usually visit for a night's stay to escape the hustle of everyday life.
