It's a very small beautiful town in Eastern Bhutan, having the bare necessities.

Officials at border check gate were found to be highly cooperative. The town is small, but neat and clean. On the outskirt of the town is situated the historical Bhairabkunda and the temple visited by the Monpas of Arunachal Pradesh during their winter sojourn in the foothills.
