It’s the biggest hospital in Bhutan and is equipped with modern technology and staffed with specialists and qualified medical practitioners. However, the service is pretty slower. Perhaps, the large number of patients takes toll on the service delivery!
Very needed while on emergency
The hospital is actually a bit slow(service) except in EMS.. you need to learn patience before coming for checkup's and the staffs are polite.
Good services given by doctor n other staff
Need to improve customer service and help desk.
Truely overwhelmed by the service and care shown by the med practitioners. I was afflicted by AMS and they admitted me within zero time. Performed all the procedures without a single penny. Kept observing my progress like a hawk. I was lying in the emergency area and watching their work thru the day and their focus was admirable. I am completely indebted to their public health care system.
is a very good hospital with very pleasant environment for the patients..
This is an review for old complex. Bit cold for old and weak patients without internal heating system. The waiting benches and chairs are of steel which isn't good in winter.
A good facility and advanced technology with good doctors..
Big modern infrastructure but it can be made little friendly for Bhutanese.
Most of the facilities are available but the formalities are long and tedious. Proper instructions missing. Need proper management for patients comfort.
