We stayed in this place during an impromptu stay in Bumthag. Our original plan was to drive up to Trashigang but we realized that given the road conditions, we can't make it to Trashigang. We removed Trashigang from our itinerary and thus Bumthang became of place to stay.
The place is very close to the Dzong. Actually one can walk to the Dzong. The rooms are tastefully done. The day we stayed, we were the only people so the food prepared was for our taste and good.
