This place is located at the midway when u enter Punakkha, Bhutan. This is located at the place where you get a wonderful view of the rice fields. The staff is so friendly and innocent that you immediately fall in love with the place. They take care of your needs very well and listen to any complaints made. You would like to visit the place again . Overall, a good experience.
Awesome staff, nice rooms, very good Indian food.
The bhutanese dish served along with the food was a great experience.
The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Lift service is available. The restaurant is vegetarian. Food was quite tasty. The staff is friendly and provided great service.
Very nice hotel. Very good clean organised room. Nice bathroom. Great wooden finishes. Look like a new property. Friendly helpful staff.
Nice clean hotel with cute rooms near the city center. Quite a few good cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful but a little confused at times. A spa recommended by the hotel is nearby and really good if u want to relax after a busy day.
We stayed at Hotel Khamsum in winter. Excellent staffs and Hospitality. Love it
The best Hotel I have stayed in Bhutan. I have stayed 4 nights in there. Their hospitality was above my expectations, specially nice & helpful Dorji & Nidhop. They even folded all my clothes and kept them in order while cleaning room everyday. Room heater is very good what we really need in cold night. And room and Bathroom are very clean. I really loved my stay there.
Nice hotel room. Clean toilet. Best service. And dashing leady manager.
The hotel is new and has not been yet star rated by Bhutan Tourism. It will only get its star rating only after a year since it commencement. Please take this fact into consideration that though it claims to provide 3 star category services it has no official star rating. We booked a Deluxe room but found it surprisingly small in size. The other disappointment is that they do not have bathtubs in any of their baths maybe this is due to their small sized rooms. The last important thing is that they are a vegetarian hotel meaning you cannot eat non veg at their restaurant and neither will they prepare for you. You will have to get it from outside or have it in your room only. We are presently finding the free wi fi internet strength not Upto the mark.
The hotel is situated amidst Paro town. It neat and clean and looks good. Staff service and behaviour is good.
Lift was not working. Power problem. Geyser was not working in both of the rooms. Only good thing is staff is very sweet in talking.
Hotel Khamsum is a fairly new establishment that's located just a few hundred meters from the centre of Paro town.
The hotel is located in a 4 storey building and has close to 30 rooms. The first floor hosts a dining area with the lobby and waiting area on the ground floor.
The rooms are very spacious, with clean and well equipped toilets. Also, rooms are electrically heated and come with wardrobes.
The hotel kitchen serves very good Bhutanese as well as Indian food and the dining room on the first floor is clean and spacious.
Importantly, the staff are very friendly and accommodating and work to make sure you have a great stay.
Hotel is neat and clean, but rooms are very small.
Morning breakfast is usually Paratha,
Hotel can provide assistance to book spa services which are nearby located
It's a new and good hotel to stay.
Services are good . Got Indian pure veg veg food.
It's a very nice newly built hotel. Rooms are having balcony and have wooden flooring. All modern amenities are there. Staff are very much polite and well behaved. But only grievance i have, they have very limited options for food to choose
Excellent hotel with wood furnishings and a warm atmosphere. Has nice beds and friendly staff. The restaurant serves english, Indian,American and Bhutanese food.Has up to date facilities according to Bhutanese standards.
The spacious apartments were of high standard overall. Clean, facilities good. Excellent for our purpose. And hotel staff are very humble.
