Chimuna is under chhukha and lokchina is its gewog. The village is around 200 years old which people came down to settle from Haa. Scrrounded by southern Bhutanese the village almost has 100 households. Electricity facility has reached there in mid 2014. No farm road has come till now. Its almost 6-7 hours walk from phuntsho ling. People in this village communicate in pure Dzongkha language and it is least developed village in chhukha Dzongkhag. People in this village grows almost all varities of crops. People also grows orange and cardamom as cash crops. No health facilities and health officials visits from Lokchina BHU as monthly ORC. People in this village are straight foreward and poor if assisted overall. They stay hand to mouth since long time back but situation improved as compaired to a decade ago. After community School most of the children were sent to school and could atleast educate up to class 4 or 5 and there after most of them stay back in village due to poor finencial support.
