There was no water and the staff were just lazing around. The heater in the room were not working. The restaurant was barely functional.

Nice property at Phuentsholing, they also have lift inside the building. Best part is very near to immigration office & easily approachable.

One of the good hotels in Phuentsholing. It is a good family hotel with luxury offerings and have maintainsd a good standard level for the tourist that flock every here to visit Bhutan.

Saw some cockroaches in room. Hotel staff did not share WiFi password and when asked gave an excuse that internet not working. Moreover indian there is no Vodafone India network in hotel. Have to go out to get signals.

Reasonably priced, but staff are not trained and lack professionalism. My Room's bathroom doors latch didn't function. Front desk people are less friendly.

Even though we got a decent room. The WiFi is very slow. One of our frd got room full of bedbugs and had to sleep in reception area. The receptionist is not much of use here.

Hotel room full of bed bugs. Spoke to receptionist, did not take any action. Have killed more than 20 bedbugs already in the last one hour. This place really sucks. Attached is the screenshot of bedbugs.

Reasonably priced. In the heart of lower town. Close to Bhutan-India Gate and thus walkable to Indian side for shopping.

Just an ok option to stay. Rooms are not that good and even bathrooms. They have a good restaurants and bar but very limited things to offer especially of you are looking for Indian Cuisine.
