The hotel is a great budget hotel, but the warmth of the people serving there makes it comparable to any of the best hotels I stayed in. Rooms are decent, roomheaters were provided on request, there was good WiFi and decent food. Location is great, right near the main Street. A bar is attached but was under renovation when we visited. Would love to stay there next time I visit

A good budget hotel to stay in Thimphu. But there were some problems like Room was not heating properly, The Water heater was not working either. They fixed the problem, but it took time. Otherwise the support staffs are really helpful and cordial.

We stayed at Bhutan Centennial last month. The hotel is in the heart of Thimpu. Most of the hotels and handicraft shops are at a walking distance. But the best part was the staff. They are warm and ALWAYS ready to help. Thanks BC team, GM, Karma, and Reinchen for making our trip a memorable one.

This was the worst experience we had in Bhutan Hotels. The ambience was good and rooms were pretty huge - more than required. However, they had one of unique service which I had never seen anywhere. We had to call atleast 5-6 times each day for them to prepare dinner, tea and breakfast and it was delayed by around 1 hour each time. The reception people did not bother to answer any queries and staff was not friendly.
