AWFUL!!! Stood on the line for at least 5 mins with a person in front of me; no one else was on the line. Ms Sands, Mgr, came to the counter to address a customers concern, her tone of voice was rude, she did not acknowledge us on the line and went back to what she was doing. She has been rude to me And I have reported her; don't know if it was dealt with. Another employee, Sauna I think is the name,was speaking loudly about the customer. I told the cashier, who finally came to our rescue, to let the employee know that other customers can hear her taking about the customer. I spoke to Ms Knowles about it. Ms Knowles is always a better person to talk to. Ms Sands is definitely not a customer service person.

Usually this store is on point but this morning was a mess.
One cashier and a runner and the cashier also became the runner as the store grew with people. Mind you there were four things missing of my order but each time as i went back to the counter the runner showed no sign of aggrevation. I"m gonna take it a few people called in sick or were real late, because businesses know morning,lunch and afternoon customer rushes is what make or break you!

Today I visited Wendy's Thompson boulevard to have breakfast with three of my friends. We placed our orders,l asked if I can have some whip cream in my coffee and was told no. We don't put whip cream in coffee,but if ithe customer ask for whip creme in her coffee shouldn't the request be granted ?Karen said no point blank then went to the manager Sands whispered something in her ear and she said no also. Then they adapted an attitude. Anyway I asked for my monies back because before I placed my order I asked if I can have that topping. I was told yes so I placed my order.i will not go back because Karen and MIss were mean
