If you want to be left on the side of the road for dead with a poorly maintained car then yes you can rent from Virgo.
I've rented from Virgo about 10 times now and I've downgraded my review to one star for the following reason: Virgo knows nothing about customer service or vehicle maintenance!
When you rent the the cheapest car available be prepared for a faulty car (faulty brakes, smells, weird noises when turning, etc).
The last car I rented from them (January 2018) was a Suzuki Swift. Shortly after I rented the battery died. I called the office as they were technically still open based on listed hours. Nobody picked up. I called the emergency line. A guy answers and tells me it's likely a battery problem and I should find somebody to jump it. I'm sorry, but that's your job, not mine! I was less than a mile from the office at the time.
I had to get a ride to my appointment and I called the guy back over an hour later and he said I was really far away and that he would try to find somebody who could make it out there. I never heard from him again and I had to get somebody in the neighborhood to jump the battery.
The next day I take the car back and explain my issue. A man at the office looks under the hood and says I should be fine because it is likely a one time issue. It was not!
The car died 3 more times over the next two days and I returned it and explained the problem only to be told that they "can't do anything for me at this time. No store credit nothing. I tried calling for a manager multiple times but they would not return my call.
Needless to say I found a much better car rental company close to the airport on Blake road for the same price but better customer service and better vehicles.response / report this review -

Some of the workers need customer service training. They do not greet the customer. Experienced it more than once. The hazel eye one is excellent. I believe she is a manager.

Cheap compared to other rental companies. Car was decent. Customer's relationship could be improved. You have to call them when you land to be picked up, if you ask nicely baggage services will let you do that.

Fairly fast. Website hours were wrong when I looked. They open @ 8 not 9. They were fast enough. Car smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking car.
Fleet doesn't look like it is maintained that well. Car driver window didn't work, etc But it got the job done.response / report this review -
