I did a phone order @the jfk location around 2 something and had a car issue.i called back after 4:20 for them to tell me that my order still wasn't ready. And other occasions i had called in an order and came to pick up to be told they dont have it in the system.

Food is great but the service is terrible. Had to call more than 10 times just to get through to place an order and was greeted by a rude employee. They just let the phone ring off the hook or hang up when your trying to place an order. To pick up the food your greeted by a long and slow line. Great food nonetheless but service is piss poor. Garbage.

The food and service was great, however, the long wait time was a big turn off. I placed a phone order for a pork bowl and still had to wait 20 minutes to pay and collect my order. My order was ready and getting cold, but the line was long as others were placing orders and also waiting to pay for their phone orders. They need to come up with another system. 🙄

I have eaten here many times before and I can truly say sometimes it's a hit n miss type restaurant . when it's good it's really good and when it's bad...it's a mess! Yesterday April 16th 2024 it was a mess I ordered a lamb gyro with fries. The gyro meat, not sure it was lamb, was extremely tough and fatty. There was no flavor and it was served with mango and lettuce only , it was sloppily prepared. The french fries were overly seasoned with, what is usually the highlight of having their fries. They were cold and inedible it was truly the worst meal I have ever had from them. Just a week prior to this I had the three cheeseburger gyro, it was phenomenal, well made and delicious, it took a long time but it was worth the wait.
I will caution the owner, the quality of the food has really decreased tremendously in the
RND Plaza location, since it was opened just about a year ago.

We stopped here for a fast bite on the way from the public beach to the cruise ship and WOW. It looked pretty inconspicuous at first but myself and my friend both got the Jerk Chicken Gyro and agreed that it was absolutely delicious, I just wish I could’ve stayed for more!!

First time there so I can't give a in depth review, but boy was the food food. It was a 20 minute wait so I would advise if your in a rush to simply call ahead. Which wasn't a long wait either. Definitely would recommend it.

Had a jerk chicken gryo along with their fries. Was worth the $12. A bit too expensive to eat from everyday but will definitely eat here again and will recommend to friends, family and coworkers. They also deliver!
