Nice relaxed atmosphere. The food we had was good but the online menu was different to the one at the restaurant. Still good tho.

Nice atmosphere.. Food is good. However the live band is a turnoff. The music was to loud did not give you an opportunity to talk. The server could not even hear to take the orders. If it was not for the live band they would get 4stars.

I had been waiting all day to eat and I was sorry I did. For appetizer, we ordered wings; and although they were nice and hot, it took a tad bit long to come and worst of all it lacked seasoning (thank goodness for ranch dip). Then for my main course, I had fish fingers with sweet potato fries. Although they served a good portion of food, I was once again disappointed with the temperature and taste of my dish. When I finally went to dive in my food was barely warm. At this point I had two choices: 1) Call my waitress back and complain and wait for another plate to be made for me (which wouldv'e probably taken forever) or 2) Try my best to get over it and eat it anyway then complain. I chose the second option mainly because I was just too hungry to wait any longer while everyone else around me ate. Also, the daiquiri that I had from them is beyond disappointing.

Bad experience. ..didn't even get to eat. no one came to serve my gf (at the time) and i carried her there to have dinner on her bday after waiting for 15 mins we left. and someone i know said they received poor service from them when FIFA was going on and we're to told they are tending to the athletes because they are spending money.. never going back

Don't use the online menu it's not as described. Cracked Conch was fried not what grilled description online. Restaurant is a shack by an empty pool. You'll be disappointed if you research this place online before you go. Don't waste your time.
